Hay Bonbon Shade

The Bonbon Shade L was designed by Ana Kraš for the manufacturer HAY.Serbia-born designer Ana Kraš is a prolific creative with interests in object design, fashion, art and photography and has exhibited her works at multiple solo and group events worldwide. She has a degree in furniture design and interior architecture from the University of Applied Arts in Belgrade.The Bonbon Shade L is part of a line of lanterns the designer created for HAY. The lantern is hand-woven using a unique weaving technique to create a richly textured lampshade of different colours. To create this enchanting lamp, the designer uses powder-coated steel frames which are then wrapped with a blend of wool and nylon yarn to deliver original pieces with distinct textural and colour differences. The Bonbon Shade L uses two types of electrical wiring sets, which are sold separately. The cord sets are available as a table/floor variant featuring an in-line rocker switch or a pendant variant designed for suspending from the ceiling. The Bonbon Shade L comes in a variety of earth tones and measures 50cm in width and 46cm in height, with a depth of 50cm.
