The Big Green Egg XLarge is a ceramic barbecue that reaches high temperatures. So you can barbecue in different ways. You can grill directly, grill indirectly, slow cook, steam, and bake, for example. You want as many friends as possible to enjoy your barbecue skills, of course. On the grill surface of the barbecue, you can grill for up to 13 people at the same time. This is enough to organize a barbecue party.
